Emmanuelle Schon-Quinlivan
Dr Emmanuelle Schon-Quinlivan is a lecturer in European politics at University College Cork. The European Commission is one of her main areas of research and she is the author of many publications on this subject, including Reforming the European Commission (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011).
