Two days earlier, on a Saturday, Robert Dix, the chairman of the Siteserv sale sub-committee, travelled to St Moritz in Switzerland to meet up with Denis O’Brien and Paul Connolly, an old friend of O’Brien who he had nominated to the board of Ireland’s biggest media group INM to represent his interests.
