The view along the wing of Viva’s new A320neo aeroplane is of a sparkling yellow wingtip. I glance out the window along it before take-off from Bogota, the capital of Colombia, to Cartagena, a beautiful historic city on its Caribbean coast. A middle-aged woman beside me tugs at my sleeve.
