The IBRC Commission has finally completed its draft report into the sale of Siteserv to the tycoon Denis O’Brien, a tome that runs to well over 1,000 pages. The Commission has, yet again, missed another deadline by circulating it on July 30 when it had previously committed to completing its draft report in mid-June. But at least the end may be in sight. The dozens of parties caught up in the Commission have eight weeks to submit their responses to this draft report.
