Bankrupt property developer Sean Dunne has instituted proceedings to remove the trustees of an Isle of Man-based trust caught up in a “secret” €1 million property sale beside the K Club in Kildare. The proceeds of 19 Churchfield are currently being held by Traviata Ltd, which has been the subject of a High Court freezing order since last May.  The court granted an urgent injunction preventing Dunne, Traviata and a company called Bessilton Holdings from selling or dissipating the proceeds of the sale of two properties located at 9A and 19 Churchfields, Straffan.
