Dublin City Council is preparing to take a judicial review in the High Court of An Bord Pleanála (ABP)’s decision “not to approve” amendments being proposed by the Council to the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) planning scheme. ABP has rejected the plan because it believes the council has not adequately considered the potential of the area to house more people and businesses in strategic parts of the city.
