Centric Health, one of Ireland’s largest providers of private primary healthcare, is exploring a sale and has appointed a London-based investment bank to manage the process. Dr Maurice Cox, who previously worked in McKinsey’s global healthcare division, co-founded Centric Health alongside practising GP Dr Ray Power in 2003. The company opened its first practice in Phibsborough in north Dublin a year later and has since swelled into a significant player in the Irish healthcare market.
