A local parish group in Maynooth has withdrawn its planning appeal against the Comer brothers’ proposed apartment complex in the heart of the historic town. Ladas Property Company Limited, part of the Comer Group, plans to build four blocks of 115 apartments at the rear of St Mary’s Church on Mill Street in the town centre. The development includes plans for a creche, a restaurant, and an office unit.
