Jason O’Donovan has set up a new boutique M&A advisory and corporate development firm called Sharavogue Advisory. O’Donovan previously worked in London for investment bank Lazard and was group director of corporate development with forecourt operator Applegreen.  Corporate finance advisory work is a competitive sector in Ireland but O’Donovan believes the range of experience he has had both working for and with companies both in Ireland and overseas allows him give trusted, independent advice to Irish-based firms ranging from SMEs upwards.
