A compromise has been reached between Press Up founder Paddy McKillen Jr and a property investment finance firm seeking judgment for €1.19 million against him, the Commercial Court has been told. The suit, brought by AHG Properties Unlimited, is over a guarantee McKillen gave on loans to buy a development property in England that would be turned into a 155-bed Dean Hotel and 1,500-capacity venue. The case was fast-tracked into the Commercial Court on Monday after a two-week adjournment was granted to McKillen.
