The High Court has agreed to pull the plug on City Quarter Capital II, a BlackBee investment company that has not filed accounts since 2018. Justice Rory Mulcahy acceded to the wind-up petition by the joint liquidators of BlackBee Investments, describing City Quarter as “manifestly insolvent” and unable to pay its debts.
