US investment bank Morgan Stanley is shuttering three Dublin-registered Irish vehicles which have now all filed to wind up by the end of this year. In legal filings issued this week, three of its Irish holding vehicles – all unlimited companies – confirmed their intention to voluntarily wind up and appoint Patrick O’Connell of RSM Ireland as liquidator to oversee the winding-up process.  The companies – Morgan Stanley Corporate Holdings, Morgan Stanley Heythorp Investments, and Morgan Stanley Euro Financing – also gave notice that any outstanding creditors must send details of their claims to RSM’s O’Connell before December 22. All creditors…
