Eamon Waters has launched an appeal with the planning board in a bid to overturn Dublin City Council’s decision to refuse plans for his proposed latest hotel offering in Dublin. In August, one of his property vehicles, Peachbeach Unlimited, put in a planning application to demolish the building at 15-16 Baggot Street Lower and replace it with a six-storey hotel and apartment complex. There are also plans for a cafe, restaurant and a small gym.
