Glenveagh Homes has successfully overturned a demand from Fingal County Council for €1.34 million in unpaid vacant site levy fees on three sister sites valued at over €19 million. The developer appealed the Council’s demands for payment on the site to An Bord Pleanála. The local authority was chasing up the 2022 levy for the three sites that form part of a 548-unit development in Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15, that was granted planning permission by the board in March 2023.
