Businessman Paddy McKillen Snr has turned to a Californian court in pursuit of documents from a former Qatari prime minister and business partner in a dispute over the Maybourne hotel group. The latest action emerges from an ongoing legal row in multiple jurisdictions between McKillen and his associates and the owners of the landmark group of hotels that includes Claridges, The Berkeley and The Connaught in London.
