The owner of the Rose Hotel in Tralee and a shareholder in the company behind the Rose of Tralee festival has launched a High Court action against the firm organising the event. Richard Henggeler lodged a summons with the High Court’s central office on Tuesday against the Kerry Rose Festival Limited, trading as the Rose Of Tralee International Festival.
