The receivers of a company within the Ronan Group Real Estate (RGRE) stable have launched an appeal over Dublin City Council’s demand for unpaid vacant site levy fees for a multi-million euro site in Dublin 6. The compact Appian Way site, less than a hectare in size, is in one of Dublin’s most affluent suburbs, close to the Luas stop in Ranelagh and within walking distance of St Stephen’s Green and the wider city centre.
