Mount Juliet, the five-star Kilkenny hotel and golf resort that has hosted a string of major golf tournaments as well as an ECB Governing Council meeting, is set to be sold.  The owners of the resort, property investment firm Tetrarch Capital, have appointed JLL Ireland to manage the sales process.
