A liquidator has been appointed to the company behind a proposed assisted living facility in Co Wicklow backed by Chinese investors under the Government’s now-defunct golden visa scheme. Clonmannon House Retirement Village Ltd is insolvent with debts of circa €2 million owing to Li Sun, a Dublin-based investor, and Yi Yuan, with an address in Guangzhou City, in China’s Guangdong Province.
