The waste entrepreneur Eamon Waters has bought the €25.5 million-guided Rockfield Central property in the heart of Dundrum, new company filings show. This is the latest acquisition in a string conducted by Waters since he sold his controlling stake in the waste management business Beauparc Utilities to Australian investors Macquarie in 2021 in a €1.4 billion deal, making him one of Ireland’s richest individuals.
