New court filings show that the Tánaiste Micheál Martin has issued a High Court action against Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC. A summons was lodged with the High Court’s central office on Tuesday, November 5. Martin is represented in the case by Dublin law firm Ardagh McCabe Solicitors LLP. Catherine Ardagh is a principal at the law firm and a Fianna Fáil senator.
