Major expansion plans for the Denis O’Brien-owned Beacon Hospital are back on track as An Bord Pleanála gives the €75 million project the green light.  The planned eight-story expansion would provide space for 70 new beds in the private medical facility and also includes new cancer care facilities, in-patient treatment rooms, and new A&E facilities.
