If Gerry Gannon was hoping for a smooth sale of a 41-acre site adjacent to Dublin Airport, he was sorely mistaken.  First, the property developer went to court to obtain possession of the site from his then-tenant Parkfly, which operated the Quickpark car parking service on the site. Gannon also sued for €2.2 million in disputed rents from Parkfly and a related company called Last Bus.  The car park has capacity for around 6,100 cars.
