GAN shareholders are in purgatory. In  April, the company announced it was putting itself up for sale. On a call with investors, CEO Dermot Smurfit said: ”The board think it’s prudent to explore all options around [realising the company’s] value… We are well into discussions with multiple involved parties.”  That was three months ago.
