Vevan Unlimited, a company associated with Larry Goodman, has made an application to appoint an examiner to exploration business Barryroe Energy Resources in order to prevent the company going into liquidation. The application was heard in front of Justice Michal Quinn with Vevan represented by Lyndon MacCann SC and solicitors Matheson. Legal advisors for Vevan proposed accountant Kieran Wallace of Interpath as examiner. The matter is due to be heard fully at the end of July.
