The three McDonagh brothers, whose fortunes and fates became irreversibly tied to an early 2000s data centre dream, have come out of their latest courtroom tussle with Ulster Bank with little road left to run. Pursuing an outstanding debt of €19.9 million against brothers Brian, Maurice and Kenneth McDonagh, Ulster Bank sought an order from the High Court for the enforced possession and sale of their respective homes over a two-day hearing in mid-January.
