Asset management firm Apollo Global Management has appointed a receiver over six shopping centres owned by the property developer Pat Doherty, a move that will pave the way for the sale of the retail portfolio. Apollo, through a Luxembourg company called EPF Acquisition Co 65 SARL, has appointed Shane McCarthy and Cormac O’Connor as joint receivers over the assets of Lindat, a company controlled by Doherty’s Harcourt Development Group.
